To make the payment process secure and reliable for our clients, all credit cards are processed through our PayPal account. We don’t see the details of your credit card whenever you purchase exquisite jewellery items. It’s not mandatory to have a PayPal account if you want to purchase anything from our website. 

Furthermore, we also provide the option of direct deposit, cheque or money order. But there will be the slightest delay in the purchasing process because we’ll have to wait for the funds to be deposited into our account. To avoid scam and fraud, never send cash via post.

• Free Shipping

Normally, we dispatch all products during a duration of 14 – 28 working days after receipt of payment and then these orders are shipped via Australia Post’s Registered mail services.  We are offering free shipping for all the products but insurance and tracking on orders is included in shipping. That’s why the minimum price of order value is $25 because of postage and insurance cost that we have to bear.

• Support For Delayed Orders

Sometimes, our jewellery suppliers may not have a particular product (chain or charm) in their stock which may result in a delay in your order until they have a new batch of the item you have ordered.

If it happens and we know that we wouldn’t be able to send your product within 28 days, we will inform you within a few days of your purchase so you can have the option to wait for that particular product, change your order to a different design or even ask for a full refund.
